Superior Service
We strive to provide the best mix of product, training and services so that you can obtain the maximum ROI (Return On Investment). This includes minimum transition time, assistance during ramp-up and training to utilize your software's capabilities in your environment. We keep you abreast of the latest technologies in manufacturing engineering to maintain your competitive advantage. Reaching your optimum efficiency is key to growth and minimum payback periods. We help you achieve this by optimizing off-line programming, so that when G-code is downloaded to your machine tools, the majority of your time is spent cutting efficient toolpaths.
Expert Training and Technical Support
We offer a variety of hands-on training and responsive technical support programs to suit small to large companies using Mastercam and other design and manufacturing software. Our flexible "Club" options provide both in-depth training at a convenient CCCS facility and annual technical support via phone, fax and e-mail. Classes are held four days a week at either of our CCCS's locations in Newbury Park, California or our new facility in Anaheim, California.
Our Mastercam Premier Club currently has over 750 members, more than 75% of our users, who make regular use of our high-quality training facilities and outstanding technical support. Prospective customers and current users also benefit from our expanding schedule of User Seminars. CCCS now offers informative seminars throughout the year, on new manufacturing engineering topics.
Training classes are condensed, fast-paced courses that allow programmers to get maximum content in the shortest amount of time. Class size is kept to under 10, with one computer per person. Instruction is primarily hands-on focusing on operation of the software, efficient methods, trial and error tool design and simulation of tool path cutting to graphically represent what tool cuts look like.
Annual support contracts: Masters, Premier, and Foundation Plus all include technical support.
Online and On-site technical support and training is also available.
